This recipe ROCKS!! It is heaven in your mouth!.
The only thing I changed,I used dark chocolate chips.
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup Young Living Einkorn Pancake & Waffle Mix
3/4 cup natural cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix olive oil and sugar
Add eggs one at a time,mixing well
Add cocoa powder,flour and salt and beat until dough forms -it should be the
consistency of a thick brownie batter
In a small bowl dissolve baking soda into the hot water.Add dissolved soda and vanilla to the batter.Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate 30 mins,up to over night.Use cookie scoop to scoop out a heaping Tablespoon on to your baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 10 mins,or until edges set
