I love to cook!!! Every year my husband and I get outside and start getting our gardens ready for spring. I said gardens because, we usually have three going at a time.
Cooking with fresh vegetables and herbs is the best! I will freeze, can, and preserve whatever I can to make sure we have plenty through the winter months.
One afternoon I was ready to get in the kitchen and start creating our meal.
I looked around and realized I did not have any of my fresh herbs. While scanning the kitchen I noticed my Young Living Oils sitting on the cabinet. I said hummm… what do I have for this Italian dish?
I grabbed the Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram, and Basil essential oils. Wow! What an awesome alternative. Now I like my fresh herbs, but who knew an essential oil would make my dish taste like the real herbs I did not have.!! Whoop we have a winner. I will tell you Oregano is really strong!
