One of my favorite things to cook when fall is in the air.Pumpkin Bread!! Yummy!!
With this recipe I used my Young Living Essential Oils!! I am having so much fun recreating old recipes and putting a new twist to them.
Pumpkin Bread Recipe :
I started with 6 tablespoons of butter( I used Earth balance )
1 cup of pumpkin puree,unsweetened
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mixed it all together.
In a small bowl I mixed :
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 of salt
Add flour mixture to the first half of the recipe
Ok the fun part take 1/3 cup of unsweetened Almond milk
Add ONE drop of each :
Make sure you use only 1 drop.
Always use pure essential oils if you plan on eating them
Pour into the batter mix well
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour and half. To see if it is done ,check it with a tooth pick ,if it comes out clean…its time to eat!!!

Man my house smelled so good!! Made me a cup of coffee and a piece of the pumpkin bread…hello breakfast!!
